SHIPPING POLICY

To insure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery your order must be placed before 11:30AM PST Mon-Thr and 7:00AM PST on Friday


We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed Monday trough Thursday before 11:30 AM PST, and on Friday before 7:00 AM PST will ship on the same day (Orders placed on Friday after 7:00 AM PST, will ship the following week). All other orders ship within 1 business day.


We ship throughout the United States, Canada and to over 200 countries Worldwide, to see if we ship to your country please see the Country dropdown on My Profile page under my account or during checkout.

All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at our fulfillment center. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.

P.O. Boxes

Shipping to P.O. Boxes will be granted only upon request, certain restrictions apply, please call customer service for details.


For security purposes certain restrictions apply when shipping to hotels & Forwarding Places, please call customer service for details.


All orders are subject to our order verification policy (see details on FAQ page), failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerable delay in the processing and shipping of your order.


First time international orders will have to provide additional information for verification purposes after placing order (see details on FAQ page). Failure to do so may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order. Due to high cost of International shipping, we cannot ship any orders that include backordered items. We will have to either cancel those items or change them to similar items according to the customers request.


International orders may be subject to customs (see details on FAQ page), when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination, which may cause some delay, please contact your local government agency for customs info and if delays may occur.***


In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock (see details on FAQ page), our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. Scuba.com will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one, within the U.S. only.


Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.


If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.


A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

* Please note that when shipping with US Mail, it can take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered and/or track a lost package

** Please note that certain shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance. Service to some remote areas may require additional delivery days.

*** If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
